Jonnie Perrot grew up in the Central Valley of California, but soon left for the bright lights of San Francisco, where she embarked upon a career in law. She began studying Western sidereal astrology in 1971, and has recently completed the only comprehensive text on the subject, As Above So Below: The Science of the Stars. Animal rescue work is her other great passion.
