The sincere spiritual seeker who follows the path of Kriya Yoga with desire for spiritual growth, love, and devotion can attain Self-realizationeven within one lifetime. Kriya Yoga is non-sectarian. Its simplified techniques cause no hardships or austerities and were developed for aspiring householders as well as for monks. The Kriya technique highlights the relationship between breath and mind. Breath influences mind and vice-versa. Their mutual relationship has revealed the mystery of how to control the mind. Breath control is self-control. Breath mastery is self-mastery. Breath mastery brings samadhi, the realization of the Absolute.
Bhadrayu Pandya lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering. He met Baba Hariharananda in 1975 in New York City and began initiating others into Kriya practice in 1996. He travels throughout the USA teaching Kriya. He has personally experienced profound changes in his life since he began practicing Kriya Yoga and is grateful to support others in making positive changes in their own lives.
